WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 U.S. states. International shipping and shipping to hospitals are currently unavailable.
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING TAKE?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Individual in-stock orders ship within one business day. Orders placed by 1:30 PM CT Monday through Friday ship the same day, and orders placed after 1:30 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Every order ships from our studio in Edina, Minnesota just outside Minneapolis. Delivery time starts once your order ships, on top of the processing time above:
- Standard: 1 to 5 business days
- Express: 1 to 3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day
Carriers deliver Monday through Friday, so an Overnight order that ships on a Friday arrives on Monday.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- $14.95 Standard per U.S. address, up to $500
- $34.95 Express Shipping per U.S. address, up to $500
- $64.95 Overnight Shipping per U.S. address, up to $500
- Oversized shipments calculated at checkout
