WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not currently available. Shipping to hospitals is not currently available.
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING TAKE?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed for shipment within two business days. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following week.
We ship from our warehouse in Edina, MN. Most packages are shipped via UPS and 1-4 business days from shipment to arrival is typical. Certain products have longer processing times, especially personalized products and curated gift sets. We're happy to provide processing + shipping estimates upon request.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- $12.95 flat-rate per U.S. address
- Free shipping for orders $150+ per U.S. address (excludes group orders)
Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight, or rush shipping is required. In this instance you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs. Once invoice is paid, your shipment will go out.

ARE RUSH ORDERS AVAILABLE?

Gift packaging is provided at no extra cost for many of our products. If Gift Wrapping + Shipping details are not included in a product description and/or you're looking to do something custom - reach out and we can create a quote for the project.
ARE PRICING DETAILS / RECEIPTS REMOVED FROM GIFTS?
Yes. Since the majority of our orders are gift orders, we do not include any pricing information or receipts in our shipments. All receipts and related details are sent digitally - via email or text depending on your selection at checkout.
If you have any account with us, you can access this information at any time. If you cannot locate your receipt, reach out to us and we're happy to resend it. Rest assured, your gift recipients will not see any pricing details!
Yes! Giften Market Gift cards can be purchased here. Our gift cards never expire and can be used online.
