WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
Our offices and customer service lines are open Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm CST.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 U.S. states.
International shipping and shipping to hospitals are currently unavailable.
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING TAKE?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed for shipment within two business days. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following week.
We ship from our warehouse in Edina, MN. Most packages are shipped via UPS and 1-4 business days from shipment to arrival is typical. Certain products have longer processing times, especially personalized products and curated gift sets. We're happy to provide processing + shipping estimates upon request.
Yes! You can order gifts for multiple people add upload their shipping addresses using our address collection template or simply send an e-gift via text, email or link and let each person enter their address.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- $13.95 flat-rate per U.S. address, up to $500
- $29.95 Express Shipping per U.S address, up to $500
- Oversized shipments calculated at checkout

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, PayPal Express Checkout.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of purchase.
Yes, you can. Just reply to the confirmation email you receive after you place your order with your desired date, and we will hold the order until then.
DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE / CUSTOM GIFTS?
Yes. Whether you need 20 or 2,000 custom gifts, our team takes the pressure off by shopping, assembling, wrapping, and shipping.
Together, we'll create thoughtful and memorable gifts that surprise and delight, leaving a lasting impression on recipients.

Step 2: Intro Call - We'll chat in-depth about the project.
Step 3: Proposal - A proposal including cost estimate, production schedule, approval workflow, and shipment dates will be shared via email.
Step 4: Kickoff. We'll get to work creating your custom gifts!

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOM PROJECTS?The time varies depending on the number of items and type of customization, ranging from 5-15 business days.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
Gift packaging is provided at no extra cost for many of our products. If Gift Wrapping + Shipping details are not included in a product description and/or you're looking to do something custom - reach out and we can create a quote for the project.
ARE PRICING DETAILS / RECEIPTS REMOVED FROM GIFTS?
Yes. Since the majority of our orders are gift orders, we do not include any pricing information or receipts in our shipments. All receipts and related details are sent digitally - via email or text depending on your selection at checkout.
If you have any account with us, you can access this information at any time. If you cannot locate your receipt, reach out to us and we're happy to resend it. Rest assured, your gift recipients will not see any pricing details!
