Giften Market is a curated gifting company that makes it easy to send meaningful, beautifully presented gifts for any occasion. We source from 250+ small businesses across the U.S. and specialize in both personal and corporate gifting.

Our headquarters and fulfillment studio are based in Edina, Minnesota. We proudly ship nationwide.

We’re open Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CST, with extended hours during the holidays!

🛍 ORDERING & PROCESSING

Most in-stock orders are processed and leave our Minneapolis, MN warehouse within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).

Once shipped, transit time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: ~2 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note:

  • Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, etc.
  • Orders placed after 1pm CT on Friday or over the weekend ship on Monday.
  • Carriers deliver Monday–Friday.
  • Personalized or custom gifts may require extra time—contact us if you need a specific delivery date.

Shipping is calculated per U.S. address:


  • $13.95 — Standard (up to $500 value)

  • $34.95 — Express (up to $350 value)

  • $64.95 — Overnight (up to $500 value)

Oversized shipments are calculated at checkout.

For custom needs, including local courier delivery, contact us for a quote.

Yes! You have two options:

We can hold and ship your order so it arrives as close as possible—up to 2 weeks in advance.

Note: Exact arrival depends on carrier transit times, so delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Typical production time is 5–15 business days, depending on quantity and customization.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and invoicing for approved corporate accounts.

Currently, retail shipping is available within the U.S. only. For corporate projects, limited international shipping may be available — please contact our team to discuss your needs.

We strongly discourage shipping gifts to hospitals or temporary care facilities. Once a package is delivered to the address provided, we cannot guarantee delivery to the intended recipient if they have been discharged, transferred, or moved within the facility.

Yes. For large custom projects can ship under your brand name or include your company’s return address. Custom packaging tape or printed boxes are also available for large-scale branded programs.

We take great care in packaging every order. If an issue arises, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and our team will make it right — fast.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

Good news: A full cancellation may not be necessary!

We’re happy to edit your order—including updating the recipient name or address, changing the gift message, or adding/removing items—whenever possible.

Once an order has shipped, we’re more limited, but reach out and we’ll explore the best solution.

Each gift is assembled by hand in our Edina studio. We use premium materials such as wooden crates, luxe gift boxes, ribbon, and crinkle fill for a presentation that’s ready to wow.

We tailor the process to the complexity of your project.

For simple requests, it can be as quick as a phone call or email + custom invoice, and we can often turn things around very quickly once we have the details.

For larger or more customized projects, we follow a simple 4-step process:

Step 2: Quick intro call (as needed)

We’ll confirm goals, preferences, branding, timeline, and budget.

Step 3: Proposal + pricing

You’ll receive a clear proposal with gift options, pricing, production schedule, and approval workflow.

Step 4: Kickoff & production

Once approved, our team brings your gifts to life—packaging, branding, and shipping included.

Absolutely. We love sourcing unique items that align with your theme, brand, or event. If there’s something special you’d like included, our team can procure it for you. Minimums apply.

📄 POLICIES

Due to the customized nature of our gifts, returns are generally not accepted. However, if a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll promptly replace or refund it.

Your privacy is important to us. All recipient data is stored securely, used solely for order fulfillment, and never shared or sold. We permanently delete shipping data upon project completion.
