WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not currently available.
HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING TAKE?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically shipped within one business day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend are shipped Monday.
We ship from our warehouse in Wayzata, MN. Most packages are shipped via USPS First Class Package Service, and 2-5 business days from shipment to arrival is typical. Certain products have longer processing times, especially personalized products and curated gift sets. We're happy to provide processing + shipping estimates upon request.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight, or rush shipping is required. In this instance you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs. Once invoice is paid, your shipment will go out.
ARE RUSH ORDERS AVAILABLE?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of purchase.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
Gift packaging is provided at no extra cost for many of our products. If Gift Wrapping + Shipping details are not included in a product description and/or you're looking to do something custom - reach out and we can create a quote for the project.
ARE PRICING DETAILS / RECEIPTS REMOVED FROM GIFTS?
Yes. Since the majority of our orders are gift orders, we do not include any pricing information or receipts in our shipments. All receipts and related details are sent digitally - via email or text depending on your selection at checkout.
If you have any account with us, you can access this information at any time. If you cannot locate your receipt, reach out to us and we're happy to resend it. Rest assured, your gift recipients will not see any pricing details!

CAN I BUY GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Giften Market Gift cards can be purchased here. Our gift cards never expire and can be used both online and in-person (pop-up shops, seasonal shows, sample sales, and showroom appointments).
