Additionally, they're Non-GMO Project Verified, gluten-free, kosher and vegan.Our Wrapped® cashews are superior in every way possible. By retaining their natural skins, they deliver a great crunch and an unbelievably tasty cashew.
Plus, much like potatoes or apples, a great deal of nutritional benefits come with eating the cashew skin. Karma Nuts Wrapped® cashews have comparable antioxidative activity to blueberries and twice the fiber of a traditional cashew delivering lower net carbs than any other cashew.
In more technical terms, the skins of the Wrapped® cashews have significant amounts of Catechins and Epicatechins (the polyphenols found in Green Tea) with very high Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) values. We keep these skins in tact by very carefully removing the cashew nut from the cashew shell. Plus, keeping the skins mean less food waste! We can't wait for you to try them for yourself.
