Our coffees are ethically sourced and carefully roasted. As a result, we bring out fruit-like flavors and a natural sweetness that jumps out of the cup.
This coffee is available in 12oz bags with nitrogen flushing & one way valves to keep the coffee fresh during shipment. Perfect for drip coffee, pourover, Chemex, and French Press. Launched in January 2018, Folly was born by a deep passion for high end specialty coffees and a lot of hard work from scratch. Folly Coffee Roasters is independently owned and operated, roasting all of our small batch coffee in Silver Lake, MN (about an hour west of Minneapolis). We started Folly to introduce people to the world of specialty coffee without any of the pretentiousness. Our coffees are among the best in the country and we continue to strive to get better!
We pay well above fair trade prices for all of our coffees, never roasting commodity grade coffees. Not only does this ensure the coffees you drink are the finest on the market, it also promotes economic sustainability at origin. Through the use of solar panels and geothermal coils, our roastery has a zero carbon footprint. Our only roasting output is natural gas, which is offset by the solar and geothermal energy. We also don't hate a negative electric bill!Folly Coffee was chosen from among hundreds of the nation's finest roasters as a Good Food Award Winner in 2019. Our coffee has been rated and reviewed as "exceptional" by coffeereview.com. Our coffee buyer and COO, Jeff Mooney, recently placed as a top 15 coffee taster in the country. We are able to ship to street addresses, P.O. F.P.O. and A.P.O. boxes in all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is currently unavailable .Shipping to hospitals is not currently available.
