Bulk Holiday Gift Boxes: How to Order for Your Whole List Before the December Rush

Somewhere on your to-do list is a line that says "holiday gifts," and behind it sits a spreadsheet of 50, 300, or 1,500 names. Most of the work isn't picking the gift. It's the addresses, the notes, the timing, and the quiet fear that whatever arrives will read as swag.

Here's the short version: you can order bulk holiday gift boxes from Giften Market with no minimums, upload your recipient list as a CSV, and have every gift routed to its own address. Concierge support kicks in at 50 gifts, and fully custom branded projects start at $5,000 with about three weeks of lead time.

We've sent 75,000+ gifts this way, and NYT Wirecutter named us one of the best care packages you can send. The mechanics are solved. The only variable left is timing, and if you're reading this in September or October, timing is on your side.

We'll cover:

  • How one order covers an entire recipient list, home addresses included
  • The three ways to order in bulk, and which fits your list
  • What custom branding actually includes (and what it never includes)
  • Why September and October are the real holiday deadline
  • Straight answers on minimums, pricing, and lead times

One order, one list, every address handled

The part of bulk gifting that eats weeks is not choosing products. It's logistics: collecting home addresses for a remote team, matching notes to names, and making sure box 214 doesn't ship without its card.

That's the part we built the system around. You choose the gift, upload your recipient list as a CSV or through our online form, and we route each gift to its own address. Your message goes in every box on a printed notecard in a handwriting-style font, so the gift still feels like it came from a person, not a procurement system. Standard ready-to-ship orders go out within one business day, and every box is hand-packed and finished with ribbon before it leaves our Minneapolis warehouse.

Send 5 boxes or 5,000. Same standard, same finish, same routing.

Three ways to order bulk holiday gift boxes

There are three paths, and the right one depends on how much control you want over the contents and how much lead time you have.

Path Best for Minimum Lead time
Ready-to-ship gift boxes A finished gift for the whole list, fast None Ships within one business day
Build Your Own Gift Box Choosing the exact contents yourself None Ships quickly after packing
Custom branded project Branded packaging at program scale From $5,000 About 3 weeks

Ready-to-ship
is the fastest route for most holiday lists. Pick one box that works across the whole group: the Soothing Sanctuary Luxury Gift Crate (from $175) and the Comfort & Care Gift Box ($194) sit at the richer end, and the Mindfulness Gift Box (from $100) covers a broad list well. Everything in them is chosen to get used, not displayed and forgotten.

Build Your Own puts you in the driver's seat: choose from over 500 individual products, from hand-poured candles to small-batch snacks, and we pack and finish each box for $12.

Custom branded projects add your logo and brand details to the presentation itself. More on exactly what that means below, because this is where most vendors' promises and reality drift apart.

What custom branding actually includes (and what it doesn't)

For fully custom branded projects, starting at $5,000 with about four weeks of lead time, your logo goes on the notecards, stickers, and packaging: the box, the ribbon, the details a recipient sees as they open it. We can also source products that fit your brand's look.

What we don't do: print or engrave your logo on the products themselves. No branded tumblers, no engraved cutting boards. That's deliberate. People want a good gift, not a branded gift. Your logo does its job during the unboxing, and then the recipient keeps a candle they'll actually burn and a blanket they'll actually use, instead of another piece of logo merchandise headed for a drawer.

If a vendor promises your logo on everything in the box, ask what happens to those items in February. We already know the answer, which is why we put the branding on the presentation and the budget into the gift.

September and October are the real deadline

Holiday gifting gets compressed into a few very busy weeks in December. The companies with the easiest December are usually the ones that made the decisions in September and October.

Ordering early doesn’t mean your gifts arrive early. Place your order now, and we’ll schedule delivery for the week you actually want them to land. What you’re securing is inventory, production time, and one less thing hanging over your head once the holiday season gets busy.

This matters even more for custom branded gifts. Most projects need about four weeks of lead time. Start in October and there’s plenty of room to get it right. Start in late November and your options get narrower quickly.

December gets decided in October. Make the decision while it’s still easy.

Bulk holiday gift boxes: quick answers

Is there a minimum order?

No. Standard orders have no minimums, whether that's 5 boxes or 500. From 50 gifts, you get concierge support: a real person who helps with selection, handles the recipient list, and keeps the whole project on schedule. Fully custom branded projects start at $5,000.

Can you ship to hundreds of different addresses?

Yes. Upload a recipient CSV or use our online form, and each gift is routed to its own address. This is the standard way remote teams and client lists are handled, and you get tracking for the project.

Can we add our logo?

Yes, on the notecards and greeting cards, or through a custom branded project (from $5,000, about four weeks of lead time).

How far in advance should we order for the holidays?

Order in September or October, schedule delivery for December. Ready-to-ship orders go out within one business day year-round, but inventory and delivery slots tighten as December approaches, and custom branded work needs its four weeks regardless of the calendar.

What do bulk holiday gift boxes cost?

Ready-to-ship boxes commonly used for corporate lists run from around $100, like the Mindfulness Gift Box, up through the Soothing Sanctuary Luxury Gift Crate (from $175) and beyond. Corporate pricing is scoped per project, so tell us your headcount and budget and we'll build to it.
