ABOUT THE MAKERS
It all began in my massage practice, where I came to understand that true wellness requires both prevention and rehabilitation. Every day, I worked with athletes—some in the midst of recovery, others looking to relieve the wear and tear of their active lives. They weren’t searching for quick fixes; they needed real recovery to sustain their performance and well-being. Inspired to help, I began  gifting my homemade Recovery Bath Soaks—natural, simple ingredients I trusted and used myself. Little did I know, I was beginning something much larger.

What started as a personal remedy quickly became a labor of love as I shared these soaks to anyone I met who could benefit from them. The real turning point came when the Twin Cities Food Co-ops started carrying my products. That’s when I realized Komoni had the potential to reach and impact a much larger community.  With the growing trend of self-care, parents, professionals, and people from all walks of life began seeking out these bath soaks, realizing they, too, could benefit from this natural and restorative approach to wellness.

 Today, Komoni reflects everything I believe wellness should be—a brand that emphasizes the integration of balanced practices and nurturing care to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
